While working as a “systemic” and “solution-focused” management coach & consultant (and exploring better ways to handle projects, like “critical chain p.m.), I was persuaded to the gravitational pull of “agile” ideas by Josef Scherer, attended agile coach camps 2010 and 2011, and play4agile 2011. Still a stranger to the world of software, AND still much attacted to the creative people populating its agile parts, this will be my first RFG.

20+ years of management, coaching, and facilitation experience, and the willingness to share all of it; curiosity, and joy in learning from and with others.

Get to know the agile way of RF, and learn about compatibility and complementarity to my own way(s) of facilitating and joint, self-organized learning. And, who knows, maybe even co-create ideas for joint projects for real customers …
